Our PRUMED Customer Experience Survey is designed to assess and understand a patient’s experience when visiting a medical facility that is covered by Prudential. The survey aims to gather feedback on various aspects of the visit, such as the quality of care received, the professionalism of the medical staff, the waiting time, and the overall satisfaction with the services provided. The insights collected from the survey help Prudential identify areas for improvement, ensure quality standards are met across their network of medical facilities, and enhance the customer experience.
